smart*coaching is moving on...
We have delighted in working together as ‘Smart Coaching’ over the past few years. The experience has helped us to deepen and develop our understanding of coaching within education and to ‘think bigger’. Smart Coaching has been an inspiring vehicle that has allowed us, through shared values and vision, to enable others to become ‘leaders of their own learning’.
Building on what we’ve gained from our shared experience, we’re now moving on to ‘think bigger’. We are pursuing and developing ideas and opportunities that excite us individually about work within schools and education. Liz will be developing coaching cultures within education and Kelly will be developing a portfolio of "Power Assisted Training Resources" to support school leaders and transform learning through coaching.
We’re both passionate about the value of coaching to enhance the teaching and learning experience in schools and we’re looking forward to working with like-minded individuals and organisations.
